If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all warranty papers etc, in its original condition within 7 days for a refund, shipping not included.

Customers MUST contact our customer service department via our toll free # 1-877-848-3871 and or by emailing us at support@optimania.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please have your order number ready. After the 7 day window, purchases are non-refundable and/or non-returnable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If a pair is returned for a refund within the 7 days, there is a small 15% restocking fee applied. If you took advantage of free shipping we will also deduct $10 for shipping. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise and will credit your account the same form of payment.

ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
 

NO EXCHANGES
Due to the changing nature of our inventory, Optimania can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.

WARRANTY
Warranties against defects in materials and/or workmanship are established and honored by the manufacturer for one year.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
